    Email content is not formatted properly

    i still can't get the emails to format correctly. I keep having fields that are filled in not showing up on the emails. The test email looks great but not an actual submission. I have literally spent hours formatting a simple table and still can't win.

    Please try to delete the current notification and create a new one. If you create a new one, all form fields will be captured automatically.

    If it is still the same, please provide the missing fields in the email notification so that we can further investigate. If possible, please share a screenshot.

    I have done that several times and the format isn't what I need. I try to move things around to look better. Like I said the test email looks perfect but the submitted versions don't.

    I have cloned your JotForm and see that there are three notifications in the form. As I tried to send a test submission to the cloned form, I notice that the emails are displayed as per the format set.

    Were you able to fix the issue? If you are referring to something different, please provide us with more information on the issue so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.

    In this submission extra officer #1 and one of the dispatchers didn't show up. Try filling in all of the fields don't worry about the comments fields.

    The test submission worked fine. As you can see with this submission the last dispatcher was not included in the email. If you want to test the emails can you switch it recipient to jasonmoses1@me.com. I don't want the test Emails going to 100 people.

    We are sorry for this inconvenience.

    I understood what you are referring through a couple of testing. When I checked your form, there was only notification 2 on your e-mail setting. 

    I added my e-mail address to the recipient to test it and sent a actual submission.  The field which are shown as a red rectangular were missing on notification e-mail. 

    After that, I added another notification e-mail and wrote my own e-mail again to the recipient. When I grabbed the source code of notification 2 and paste to the newly created notification, the issue was resolved. So, please have a try following workaround to see if that works.

    1. Create another notification.

    2. Open notification 2 and go to E-mail body section. After that click source code icon.

    3. Copy all the content inside the source code. 

    4. Open notification 3 -> Go to E-mail body section -> Click source code icon.

    5. Delete all the content and paste the copied source code of notification 2 to notification 3. 

    6. Save. 

    After that, everything should work as expected. This was the data submitted:

    I created a new notification 3 email and copied the source code from notification 2 and it is still missing in the emails.

    I have added a new notification on your form and sent a test submission by adding my email address in the recipient list. I have received the notification with the Dispatch fields displaying normally.

    As I check the email history log, I notice that the emails to the other notifications are also sent with the data displaying correctly. Could you check once again and let us know if you need any further assistance?

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I added a new notification email alert and copied the email template source from the old email alert. I have tested your form by sending a test submission and the submission email which was sent seems to display the dispatched data correctly. Please check the screenshot of the submission email which was sent:

     

    Can you please check your email inbox and see if the submission email is displaying all the questions correctly?
