I plan on having 6 users on our jotform account. How does info get returned to individual users, and not all of the users?

We plan on have 6 users on our jotform account.  How do we make sure that when one user creates a form and sends it out, that the completed form is returned to the email address of the user who created that form?

    Thank you, Lisa

If you are sharing access to forms as sub-users, any forms the sub-user creates will automatically use their default account address as the default address for notifications:

To make sure the emails are sent to the correct place, you can check the recipient address for form notifications and update if necessary:

Thank you for the links.  I think I need further clarification.  Is this scenario possible?

Sub user A creates 6 forms that are specific to her ministry.  Sub user A emails her form to a population of people and then receives the information back from that form, only to her email address, not the email address of the person who originally created the jotform account.

Each sub user on our account will be sending out forms that are specific to his/her ministry.  We want to make sure that once a particular form has been sent out and then completed and submitted by the recipient, that the information from that form will return to the email address of the sub user who sent the form in the first place, not the person who created the account and not all sub users.

Thank you for your patience with my questions.

Any forms that users create will have notification emails defaulted to the account email address that created the form, even when created in the shared folder.  To make sure the emails are sent to the correct place, you can check the recipient address for form notifications and update if necessary:
