I have successfully created a form and integrated it with Zoho. However, when I try to add new fields, not all of my Zoho fields appear. I appreciate that this may be a question for Zoho but thought I would check with you first in case I am missing something obvious.

Not all field types in JotForm are supported in Zoho.
You should use the standard fields where possible (Full name, Email, Address, Phone number). Because they work best together with Zoho.
These fields also work: Text Box, Dropdown, Check Box, Radio Button.
