    How can we request the nonprofit discount for our already-existing account?

    Dear JotForm support staff,

    My organization, United Studies, is a nonprofit high school exchange organization. Until today we were grandfathered into your $9.95-per-month plan, but today we upgraded to the $39-per-month plan because we were getting close to reaching our maximum number of submissions. I see that you all offer a very generous 50% nonprofit discount, which would help us tremendously as we are a very small organization. According to the instructions for requesting this discount, we must apply for a new account via a special nonprofit portal, but of course we would rather not have to start a new account and move over all of our existing forms. What do you suggest?

    I have checked your account and see that you recently switched to the Silver Monthly plan. If you want to check if you are eligible to get the 50% non-profit discount that we offer to non-profit organization, I suggest you submit the application form that is found on this page: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

    Once approved, notice the updated prices of the plan subscription on the pricing page of your account. (https://www.jotform.com/pricing)

    After that, request to cancel your current subscription here in the support forum so we can also process the necessary prorated credit that should be applied from your recent payments. Once your subscription is canceled and your account is back to free subscription, you will now be able to re-upgrade your account — this time with the non-profit discount applied.
