I think my account has been compromised. How to reset the password?

    I think my account has been compromised. I need to reset my password, but it is taking FOREVER to get a response.

    Please advise....thanks

    Go to your accounts profile, and there you can change the password: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/profile

    If you can not login to your account, because you forgot your current password, simply click on the "Forgot password?" link, and the reset instructions will be sent to your email address.

    I still have not been able to resolve this. When i submit lost password, it says it sent instructions to my email, but I am not receiving it in a timely manner and by the time I receive it it says that it has expired.
