Submissions missing from our account

    I understand that at least one submission is missing from the account. I am very worried about this, as there could be other submissions missing. Please could you look into this as a matter of urgency? I'm very unhappy as this account has just been upgraded to the paid subscription and I expect a better service.

    I checked your account and I can see that your account is active and on the Bronze plan. Can you please elaborate more on your issue, as from what I can see, we only have access to the submissions that are currently in your account. 

    If you can please give us a bit of context as to why you think your submissions are missing, and any information to help us track these submissions, then we'll be more than happy to help you.
