Are the paid subscriptions of Jotform unbranded by Jotform logo, etc?

I'm not sue on what you meant by your concern. Are you asking if the paid subscription can remove the Jotform logo on the form? If that's your question, then yes it can.

Here's how to do it.

1. Open https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

2.  Uncheck the "JotForm Branding" checkbox as shown in this screenshot:
