Trying to Download uploaded form

I'm a sub-user and it won't let me download any submission. Have been a sub-user for many years and never had this issue.

UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

This warning message pops up, if the main user, the one who owns the form and shared it with you, disabled downloading or viewing submissions from his end. By doing so, all sub users on that form is not allowed to view or download the submission.

Please check this is with your main user, and ask if they have given you the righter permissions on your form.
