Looking for a way to collect credit card information that is PCI compliant

Hello, 
I am looking for a form that I can create to collect credit card information from my clients. I am a travel agent, and I will not be processing these payments through paypal or stripe. I will actually use the credit card to book my clients trips with whatever vendor they are booking. Disney, Universal, etc.
So I will not be collecting money directly, I only need a form for my clients to give me this information online.
Can I use your services and will it be PCI compliant?

I am afraid creating forms that collect credit card information is not supported with Jotform, as this violates our Terms of Use.

These details are very sensitive and delicate. Although we have the option to encrypt data, but to avoid any Phishing related issues, we refrain our customers from collecting credit card information using the form they created at us.
