I paid the $5.00 but didn't receive my new 100 submission

    Good Morning,

    Why if I paid the $5.00 my submission count didn't go up. The 100 submission was from my previous payment so i'm assuming i should receive another 100 if i pad another $5.00

    I can see you have purchased the storage plan, please do note that this applies only to the number of submissions you can store on your account, the other limits remain the same like a free accounts. 

    You currently have 1,129 submissions stored on your account, if you would be under a free plan, then you could only have 500 submissions.
