Why email wizard does not recognize addresses under the "fcl.crs" domain as valid?

    I need to add the email address tgpsupport@fcl.crs as a recipient email address for a notification on a form, but it says it is an invalid format. In fact, @fcl.crs email addresses are currently not receiving notifications either. I have checked the bounce list, but nothing comes up.

    I have checked your email history and I can see there were some blocked/bounced emails, seems like you were able to add the recipients under the domain "fcl.crs"; however, seems like the email wizard is not recognizing the addresses under your domain now. 

    I will forward this to our second level so our developers can take a look on this issue, we will let you know as soon as we get any update about it.

    Hello TGPForms,

    We're sorry for the inconveniences. 'crs is added to our allowed TLD list. You can add your email address, 'tgpsupport@fcl.crs' as recipient of notification emails and receive notification emails without any problems.
