Customers are not able to submit my form successfully. They are told the form has been disabled. My account tells me I have only used 2 out of the 5 free forms I am allowed, so I do not understand why this is happening to me again (both times I have tried using this service, I have had issues). Your form is available to be used. I just did a real submission in order to test it, and it went through. Please let us know if there is a specific browser you are using, or if the form is embedded in a webpage, please share the URL of the page.
