    Form Emails: Conditionally disabled fields are not included in emails after editing a submission.

    I have used the Disable feature on my form and when it when email goes out to the Contractor and they get the email to edit the form it does work but when the contractor puts in there password 1234 they have an option to select a Yes or No to send it on to a School when they select Yes an email goes to the Principal where there email has an edit submission as well and when i click on that one the data is no longer there but it was in the first edit submission any ideas why ?

    If those fields are conditionally hidden, their data might have been cleared because conditionally hidden field values are cleared during submission. This is the default settings on the form.

    Try changing this to "Don't Clear" in your form settings, see if this helps.

    Here's how:

    Click Settings > Form Settings > click "Show More" button > Set Don't Clear on Clear Hidden Field Values

    If the problem still persists, is it okay if we make test submissions in your form so we could test further?

    I have tested your form and I can see the issue you are reporting, after further inspecting on my end seems like conditionally disabled fields are not included in emails (notifications and autoresponders) when you edit a submission, although the field's values is not cleared. 

    I will report the issue to our second level so our developers can take a look and resolve it. We will let you know as soon as we receive any update about it.

    Unfortunately, we have not received any update about this.

    We were informed from the assigned developer that the problematic part was found; however, this is a critical part of the whole system so this needs to be analyzed before to proceed to fix it. However, we will be updated as soon as the issue is resolved.

We understand that the ability to include conditionally disabled fields in email alerts is essential for your form processes, however, like what my colleague, Kevin, has mentioned above, the issue has already been identified and the developer who is assigned to it is already working for a resolution. Although we cannot provide you any ETA to when this will be fixed, please be assured that once there is an update from our development team, we will notify you in this thread the soonest.
