    Not recieving email notifications

    HOLA,

    TENGO USADO EL SERVICIO DE USTEDS POR VARIOS ANOS PERO, JAMAS RECEBI 1 CONTACTO DE TODAS LAS PERSONAS QUE ENTRAN A LA PAGINA DE WWW.RAFIFAMILIA.COM PARA LEER 1 COMENTARIO DE ELLOS.

    HAY MUCHOS QUE ENTRAN PERO, NO PUEDO ENTRAR EN CONTACTO CON NADIE.

    ASIQUE, CAMBIARE A OTRO PROVEEDOR QUE PUEDA MANTENERME EN CONTACTO COMMIS CLIENTES.

    I understand that you are not receiving email notifications for the form embedded on your website. I have checked the form and see that the form is associated with a guest account. Also, the email notifications are set to be sent to ra******ato@h****il.com. As I tried to submit the form on the web page, the Thank you page is displayed normally. 

    As I check the email history log of the email address provided in the email notification, I see that the email is listed in our bounce list. I have now removed it from the bounce list and the email notification should be sent without any issue. 

    If you can confirm the email address of the form, we can move the form to your account so that you can manage the form right from your account.
