It is telling me that I am out of space and need to upgrade but I have only a few forms?

I have the free Plan, and it tells me that i am out of space.  i have deleted some of my forms and submissions but still telling me i am out of space.  can you help me? 

I have checked your account and found that you are in the Bronze status.

As you mentioned that you were in the Free status in the original request, I understand that you have resolved your account limits issue by upgrading, and as a result you do not need further assistance?
