Jose Rose used to have his business with you. He had to close and transferred a lot of clients to me. While I was working for him, I began a psychological evaluation for a client with the following information:
BANKSXenya Alparo Rivas as the unigue identifier
the link that we used was this:
I finally finished the work and sent the form, thinking that it would go to my new account. It occurs to me that that information went to Josh's old account. I desperately need that information as it is for an asylum case that is under a strict deadline.
Can you please send me that information -- the jotform generators -- to firstname.lastname@example.org or we risk putting this client's life at risk if I don't get her report done on time.
If for some reason, you need Jose Rose's permission, please do email him right away at email@example.com, as he was my former boss for whom I worked when I was using that jotform.
This is super time sensative. Please feel free to call me or Josh asap if need be.
Marcia Banks (I have an account with you now) @ 510-414-7002
Josh Rose 510-734-7028
thanks so much!

Unfortunately, we do not provide phone support, but we will be glad to help you through this forum thread.
As I can understand, you created the form https://form.jotformpro.com/calema/asylum-form-2017-redirect, but the submissions are being sent to the user "firstname.lastname@example.org".
Please, do note that the form was created under the account calema (email@example.com), if you would like to get access to those submissions then we need to get the permission from the form's owner.
I would suggest you to contact the form's owner and ask to open a request on our forum so we can transfer the form over to your account.
We will be glad to help moving the form.
