Due to card errors my account was downgraded and a refund was initiated which still has not gone through. kindly respondPage URL:

Your account was not downgraded due to card errors on your part since you were able to upgrade to paid subscription. It was downgraded because we have suspended the account.
According to our records we have completed the refund of the cancelled payment already.
