Refund has not been received for suspended account

    Due to card errors my account was downgraded and a refund was initiated which still has not gone through. kindly respond

    I reviewed your account/username  jtbaseconstruction  and I found that it was a scam and phishing account. We have suspended already due to violation to our Terms of Use.

    Your account was not downgraded due to card errors on your part since you were able to upgrade to paid subscription. It was downgraded because we have suspended the account.

    According to our records we have completed the refund of the cancelled payment already.
