I am getting a message your e-mail is in our bounce list

Why I am getting this message "Your e-mail is in our bounce list" ? this e-mail (operations@skywatchprotection.ca) is my business e-mail though which I communicate with my clients on daily basis. Why jotform is having a issue with my main e-mail ?

The email bounce list message is a common mail system auto message when emails were not being delivered successfully to the intended recipients.

I checked the bounce list and I did found your email listed due to the reason explained below.

I have fixed it now and removed the blocked email. New incoming email should now get through.
