Will imported submission's data be transferred into my CRM system?

Currently, we are using Jotform to Insightly integration.

Our team will fill in the form, and once it is submitted, it will be exported straight to our CRM.

However, right now I will like to ask:

If I import raw CSV data into Jotform's submission, will the raw data be exported straight to our CRM? Or it will only be exported to our CRM IF we edit the form and press submit?

I tried to integrate my test form with Insightly CRM and I imported a CSV data on my Submission Page. The data doesn't export straight to the CRM as per checking. With this, I would suggest, editing the imported submissions and submit it once again to ensure that the submission will go to the Insightly.
