    Hi

I've set up an approval process applicant>supervisor1>supervisor2.

Added security codes for supervisor1 and supervisor 2.

When the form has been approved we need to send the pdf to the applicant.

How do I get this to happen without the codes being visible to the applicant?

I've tried hiding the code upon entry of certain field entries, but can't seem to get this to work

    My form is : https://form.jotform.co/71787459670876

    Hoping for a simple solution.

    Hello,

I have cloned your form named "FULL APPROVAL Professional Development Application" on my side in order to test it. As far as I understand, you want to hide the "LCCC PD Id" field in the submission PDF.

You are able to hide the some of the fields in the submission PDF as you can see the screenshot below:

However, if you do not click the wheel icon (Approval Procees: Hiding a code field in the submission PDF Image 2 Screenshot 51) again in order to save the preferences, the PDF preferences will not be applied. So, please click on the wheel icon after un-checking the "LCCC PD Id" field.

So, when the autoresponder will be sent, the submission PDF will be sent without the "LCCC PD Id" field as you can see below:

I hope this helps. Please try this and let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.
