How can I make an option for the users to list 2 or 3 cars on this form?

I'm an insurance agent and I'm using this form to eventually collect data.

I'm working on getting all the models added conditionally based on the make (i'm only up to the Infinity or so) , but I'd like to be able to ask the client at the end "Do you have another car to enter?" or "click here to enter another car"...

Any ideas on how to do that?

Here's a link to the form I'm creating...

And here it is on my site for now on a page to test it..

My goal is for it to be super easy and simple for people to use.

To achieve your requirement, you can add a Single Choice field on your form and set up a condition to show some set fields if the users selected  "yes" from the option.
