Why uploaded videos are compressed to 360p?

Hi there,

Looking into options for creating a form which allows users to record and upload videos using the "upload" function - however we notice that when recording a video directly into the upload form compresses the video to 360p. Is there any option to ensure that videos aren't compressed?

Did you use any widget? 

I have just tested using the basic file upload field and it seems to work on my end, I used the camera to record a video directly and it does not seem compressed when it was uploaded.
