How to set who gets email when submission is made?

Can you please tell me where on a Jot form I can place an email address who will get an email confirming a submission is made.

I understand that you want to change the recipient in the email notification. You can change the recipient from the Recipients tab in the email notification setup. Please see the screencast below:
