I got a message from Jotform that my IP address was part of a suspected phishing hack. How do I clear this up?

    I received emails and pdf forms through jotforms before and after the message was received. Two of my customers submitted payments and I got an error message saying my IP address was suspected of being part of a phishing attempt. What is going on? How can I address this? All my data and payments came, so that is good, but the idea of being phished puts my business model at risk. How can I clear this up?
