Hello, I have been locked out of my account and I now realize why. It's because I was trying to create a Credit Card authorization form. I have now found another solution where I don't need to create that form and just want to delete it and be able to get back into the account.
Can you please fix it and reactivate my account?

We are glad to know that you have found an alternative for the credit card authorization form in your account. As you have requested, I have deleted (purged) the form that caused your account to be placed in automatic suspension. Your account is now reactivated.
