I looked at the pricing and saw that the free plan is limited to 100 submissions - is that per month?

Correct, you can receive up to 100 submission per month. The counter resets the first day of the following months.

Just to let you know, the total submissions that can be stored in a free account is 500, so if you reach the limit, any new submission will make the oldest one in your account to automatically get deleted.
