Account suspended

    Our anti-phishing filter tool suspended your account automatically. That's the reason why you're suspended. Upon checking your forms, I didn't see any fields that violate our terms of use

    I have activated your account back in good status so you can manage and use your forms properly.

    I'm having the same problem, and no one has contacted me or responded to my support request.
