I was added as a sub account by mistake and I need to get rid of this

    Buenos dias. acabo de abrir una nueva cuenta y no se porque razón aparece archivos de formularios compartidos de otra cuenta. Necesito eliminar esto.

    Mi user name es ; ulatina y aparece archivos de ClickMouse..!!!!!!I was added as a sub account by mistake and I need to get rid of this Image 1 Screenshot 20

    I checked your account, and I can see that the other account is a paid account, and it has the same IP address as your current account, t seems like they have shared their forms with you as a sub-user. Could this be your another account that you have by any chance? Or maybe in the same firm as you are?

    Hi, yes, all accounts are mine, but they are going to be use by a different
    person, so i don´t like to share any info between the accounts.

    You have to access the other account to remove your "ulatina" account as a sub-user.
