What happens when and if I reach the limits in my account for submissions, views and forms?

I want to know, if the 100 limit I have is reset every 30 days, or so ? Same thing for views and forms...

Yes. If any of the limits are reached for the account in a month, the forms shall be disabled. It is applied all the monthly limits viz., number of submissions, form views, payments. In order to enable the forms, it is required to upgrade the account to a paid subscription or wait for the counter to reset on the first day of the following month.
