Why one submission was not sent via email?

    Hello, I have created a time off request form for our company through Jotform. Completed submissions from all of our employees have been received, with the exception of one employee. I know he has successfully completed the request because 1) it shows up in the submissions report, and 2) he receives a confirmation e-mail. I have the form setup to send all submissions to me, but for whatever reason I am not receiving the requests from this employee. I have also checked my spam and trash folders but they are not there. Please advise on what could be the source of this issue.

    I have checked your account email history and I can see there are some blocked emails, but they seem to be only for testing purposes. 

    All the emails to valid addresses were successful sent, may we have the submission ID or the submitter's email address for that one that you did not receive via email? 

    We  will be glad to further inspect on our end.
