This past week I've started to receive multiple copies of form submissions over the span of several days: they are delivered immediately after being sent by the customer, but then I receive the same form again a day or two later.
Is this an issue on my end, or yours?
.... And now that I look at the form on the website in order to get the URL, I see that the formatting has gone wacky too. Embedding on this website can be a bit tricky: how shall I proceed?

The duplicate may be submitted when the Thank You page is refreshed.
The workaround that you can try is to redirect user to some Thank You Page on your website.
If you need to fix some formatting issue, I would like to suggest opening a separate thread. We will be happy to help.
