The step 4 in the Salesforce integration is not working for me

    Step no 4 is not working

    Our Salesforce integration is working. The mapping should work, but you have to add the fields first in the form. I checked your last form IDs and you do not have a field there. Please complete the form first before doing the integration. 

    Also, make sure that you are using the correct field types such as the Full Name, Email Address, Phone and Address fields.
