Not able to send password reset request using my email

    As mentioned in the error message, there is no existing JotForm account that uses the email info@jumbojungle.net

    From what I have checked, the username that uses this email is eezzeldin 

    But the account email is different.

    You may login to your account using the username at https://www.jotform.com/login
