And is there a way to have a vanity url for it?  (maybe via bit.ly etc. or if jotform does that)... so it has an identifier of some sort... e.g. FranklinReunion

You may setup a Custom URL to your form which should work as a sort of a vanity URL. Just follow the guide I'm linking below.

    Complete guide: How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form

Give that a spin and don't hesitate to get back to us if you have more questions.

    Thanks, very helpful…

FYI… I enabled the PRINT FORM button, but when testing I notice that it opens a page to print, but depending how it opens, sometime when I “close it”, then I lose my form, so I cannot submit… yet if I SUBMIT first, then I can’t print it.
Is there a way to avoid that, OR how to make sure they have the option to both print AND submit the form?

Here is the url of the form I’m working on… thanks for your assistance.
