    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I see that there is PayPal Pro payment field in your form and if I'm understanding your concern correctly, the default thank-you page set on your form is not showing after the form is successfully submitted, is that correct?

    Would it be possible for you to share with us a screenshot of what is showing after the payment is processed, please?

    I have created a clone version of your form and placed the payment field in sandbox mode, however, I wasn't able to reproduce the issue you are having.

    I did another test and the thank you page does not come up.  When we click on Submit, nothing happens.  Do not get a "Please wait...".  Just nothing.  What are you doing to get the thank you page?

    You should be automatically redirected to Thank You page once you submit the form.

    Please remove PayPal Pro payment field from your form and re add it to see if that will resolve your issue.

    If the issue still persist after that, please enable Sandbox mode on your form, so that we can test it.

    Removed the payment field and re added it.  No change.  Enabled sandbox.  Note that the payment field only asks for first name.  Could this be part of the problem? Please help.  Thank you.

    Hi,

    First, may I know why you hid the "Last Name" in the payment field? You have a custom CSS code that hide the last name, this is required so the form won't submit without completing it. Please remove the CSS code.

    Thank you page not showing Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Second, please note that the "Sandbox" mode will only work on developer accounts, it is discussed here: https://www.jotform.com/help/390-How-to-Test-Paypal-Payment-Form. The API credentials for sandbox and for live mode are different. Only use Sandbox mode if you are familiar on PayPal's developer accounts.

    Third, please note that the standard PayPal integration and the PayPal Pro integration are different. Please do confirm if your PayPal account is a PayPal Pro account. Here's a link explaining the difference between the standard PayPal and PayPal Pro: https://www.jotform.com/help/183-Difference-Between-PayPal-and-PayPal-Pro. If your PayPal account is NOT PayPal Pro, then please use the standard PayPal integration that we have.

    Fourth, there are two instances where you will be redirected to the "Thank You" page:

    Case #1: If you submit the form and the value is "0", then you are automatically redirected to the "Thank You" page.

    Case #2: If you submit the form and the value is greater than 0 and the payment method, payment integration details and other settings are correct.

    I hope that helps.

    1.  I did not intend to hide the last name.  I did not make a custom CSS code.  All I wanted to do was hide the PayPal button and one of your colleagues gave me the code to paste in.

    2. Your colleague instructed me to turn on sandbox mode.

    3.I have PayPal Pro

    OK, I've removed the CSS code I was given.  Now the last name in the payment area shows.  But I am back to the very beginning:  how do I hide the PayPal option?

    Also, I see this code - what is if for:

    .form-line.form-line-column.form-col-3 {

    }

    .form-all.form-encrypted.has-form-cover {

    }

    Deleted payment area and re-entered.  Same problem - no thank you page.  Same problem, paypal button still shows.

    I have tested your form and I was able to submit it. I got redirected to this page, because I used test credit card. Thank you page not showing Image 1 Screenshot 30

    You should be able to submit the form if you enter correct credit card details of active credit card.

    Please test your form again and make sure that all required fields are filled. If there is some error message shown on your end, please provide us a screenshot of that error message.

    To remove Paypal option add this CSS code to your form:

    input#input_15_paymentType_express, label[for=input_15_paymentType_express] {

        display : none!important;

    }

    I put in the CSS code.  Found another one that I did not enter and directions do not say how to enter a second one, so I just entered it in the next available numbered line.  Completed form with credit card and after clicking on submit, I get a blank page.  The url:  https://pci.jotform.com/submit/71801086508960

    Can you please confirm that this is your form that have the issue? Let us know which correct form if this is not.

    I am confused on to what the actual issue the form have. So far this form does not have existing submission data when I reviewed. Since it doesn't actually have submission yet, can you describe how you checked the form Thank You page?

    If submission payment was not successful, it will add a record in the Incomplete Payments inbox. But it was also empty.

    We will wait for your response.

    YES, this is my form.  I don't know how I can be more clear.  I DO NOT GET A THANK YOU PAGE.  Clicking on the submit button just gets me to a blank page.  How more clear can I be?   Just tell me what to do to get the form to work.  Maybe I am doing something wrong.  I publish the form.  then I go to the link and complete it with a live credit card and info and it won't submit.  This was so very easy all the years I've used JotFrom, but with this new update I am having nothing but issues.  Please get me to someone who can help me.  All I want to do is publish this very simple, little form. Please just tell me EXACTLY how to test the form.  Obviously what I am doing is not working.  What are the steps?

    I just tried it again and now it worked for the first time.  I am sure not comfortable putting this on my website or making any more forms.  There is obviously some bug.

    Thank you for updating us on the status and letting us know that latest iteration have positive result.

    I am not really sure at this time why it did not work previously on your form since we could not replicate the issue on our end.

    What I suggest we do for now is to observe further if issue will happen again and become persistent. I am sure we will be able to determine the problem if it continues to happen.

    Contact us anytime should you need assistance again.
