Why form constantly refreshes on my facebook page?

    when I click on the link for a form (like a customer would) from my phone (iphone7 plus) it constantly refreshes or it closes out the app that the link is posted in (facebook) completely. I have even tried to open with safari and it closes the safari app.

    I have checked your Facebook page provided and see unable to find any JotForm on the page. If you have already removed, please try adding the form to the page by following the guide below and let us know if the issue still persists.

    It is in a promo that I am running. Please see attached pictures. It says
    "A problem has occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded." Then it
    keeps reloading. This only happens from my cell not my laptop.

    I have checked your Facebook page and see that the form is linked to the Shop Online button in the post. As I check on my Facebook mobile app, the form doesn't seem to be loading correctly. Also, as I check the web page on my laptop, the form is not loading correctly using Chrome browser. However, it works fine on Firefox. It looks like the form is memory loading issues in Chrome and Facebook app browser. 

    Investigating the issue further using the cloned version of your form, it seems that the issue is being caused by the theme applied to the form. Could you try resetting the theme on the form to default to see if that works?
