Hello,
1. Is it possible to prompt as error if the chosen [Celebration Date], [Event Date] and [Wedding Date] in my form is before the chosen Deadline Date.
2. Also, I would like the RSVP Date to be condition as 4 weeks before the chosen [Celebration Date], [Event Date] and [Wedding Date] in my form.
Thanks!

Yes, this is possible.
You can conditionally show an error message that is created using a Text field in your form if the date selected for the Celebration, Event, or Wedding Date field is before the date set in the Deadline Date field.
2. Also, I would like the RSVP Date to be condition as 4 weeks before the chosen [Celebration Date], [Event Date] and [Wedding Date] in my form.
This is also possible. You can create a condition for each Celebration, Event, and Wedding date field in your form similar to the condition shown in the image below.
We subtract 28 days (4 weeks) from the selected date.
I have created a sample form for you and I suggest you clone it to your account so you can inspect it better.
