Programatically Detecting PayPal Payment Failures

I have been working with your support team to arrive at a technique to send differing emails to my submitters based on their form having experienced a PayPal payment success/failure.  You can find the conversation under my name in this forum.  The team has been very resourceful, timely and energetic. However, the solutions offered all miss the mark because they only allow me  to automate sending a second,  later customer email to inform the submitter that the payment was unsuccessful.  All this difficulty could be remedied if one of the fields in Jotform that is filled in by the PayPal widget would be accessible to the standard email conditioning dialogs.  For instance if the main PayPal field (that I see in my Excel Jotform download) were assessable, I could condition based on "contains" "Transaction ID".  (The payment was successful (only) if "Transaction ID" appears in this field.) One of these fields IS visible in the conditioning list, but it is grayed out as not accessible.   Other solutions are surely possible too.  Perhaps making this particular field accessible is not the right solution.  Maybe this field is some how encoded so that my "contains" suggestion would not work, but surely other indicators can be made visible.

So, I am asking not for more "support", but for a small improvement to be implemented.  Please forward this to your development team.
