Why the form is stuck on submit

    I created my jot form and uploaded it to my Wordpress website without any problems.  However, when a client fills out the form and clicks "submit" the only thing that happens it that a "please wait" button appears and the form never seems to stop loading and is not sent to my email address.

    I tested your form and I was able to replicate this issue. Could you please try re-embedding your form by using the iFrame embed method, here is the code:
