Need access to data

    I have been a customer for the last 6 months. I was using JotForm for a project but had to cancel because the project is complete. Now I need access to the files (form and results). Can you let me know if they are they still available? And if so for how long? Can I reactivate the account at any time or is there a time limit for that?

    Hi Vanessa,

    I did a search using the email address vsharp@bokapowell.com however there were no results found. Were you using a different email for the account that was canceled? If so can you please let us know so that we can do a search on any information related to your account.

    In addition to my colleague response above, I have found a free account using this username "vanessa", which is associated to this email address: vhishi@******.br
