Feature Request: Conditional Statements According to Previous Submissions

Asked by tcbrasel on August 07, 2012 at 10:35 AM

I have a Volunteer Form that has 1 conditional statement which seems to work great. However, my client is wanting more things done. For example, once the volunteer position of "Security Team" is selected and submitted by 5 different users, they would like for that field to be greyed out and no longer able to be taken. They are wanting this on several options, but this is the basic one that I wanted to ask and see if it was possible.

    Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, this is not currently possible to do this within our form builder.

I have created a feature request ticket and forwarded it to our Development Team. However, there is no ETA, and I do not know when or if that request will be processed.

We will update this thread once we have any news for you.

Thank you. I have 2 web sites that could actually use that feature. Is it possible to pay for a custom form such as this?

Unfortunately no, because of the high load on our developers we are not taking any custom jobs.

I think what you should do is to create public report page for your form reponses, so that people can see what has been requested by other people and then choose a position according to that. Here is a tutorial showing how to create a report:
