How to add Save and Continue later option to existing form?

Asked by triedandtruepetcare on July 03, 2017 at 12:30 AM

I just read the instructions on how to include "save and continue later" on my form and have to say, I find them very unclear and hard to follow. I then went back to read them again, and the page won't load completely.

I already have my main form completed - is there an newer/easier way to add the "save and continue later" feature?

We have this feature https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms where your users can start filling the form and then if they close the Browser or Tab, they can return to it and continue filling it. But that feature is related to that particular Browser(the Browser where the form wast started initially) since the data is saved locally in Browser's cookies and it will not work in another Browser.

Another feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later will work from another Browser as well since the data is saved in session on our servers. Did you try to set up that one?

Or maybe the first option would work for you?

Please let us know so we can assist you further.

    Thank you!
