    Facing problem with take photo widget.

    Error "There are errors on the form. Please fix them before continuing"

    Most of the time, the error pops up if there's a required field that is not filled. Can you make sure you have filled in all the required fields? Also, if you have a hidden field on your form, make sure you assign a default value, instead of leaving it blank.
