Is there an ability to amend the text in a question while completing the form?

    Hello,

     

    We have a question that would normally require the use of freehand annotation or the ability to manipulate the font size and strikethrough the text). an example is below.

    Is there a way to recreate the below?

    Only what would be close to what you need is regular long entry text editor:

    Since you can set a default value:

    And your users can manipulate with text, by changing the font, color etc. Unfortunately, there is no strikethrough option. 

    For that it might be helpful this CKEditor widget:

    It gives your more tools to edit text, but you can not pre-fill the area with certain text.
