the person that fills out our form does not get the auroresponder anymore.
I cannot set or change the "Recipient Email", the dropdown "Please Select" has no options available. See schreenschots.

We are sorry for this inconvenience.
I could not reproduce the same issue on the cloned version of your form but I replicated the issue on your form as seen on the below gif.
When you first select e-mail, it seems to be saved but if you refresh the page,it's gone. I'm escaleting this to our developer. Once the issue is fixed, you will be notified via this thread.

There was a problem with initially loading of our question list at email page. The problem has been solved at the moment. If you choose your autoresponder field again it will not reoccur.
