Hi, for some reason I have not been able to get into my account and when I do the forgot password which I only use 1 password so it is impossible that I have the wrong one, It shows a guest underneath my address. I have stared a n account and used a form. I also get regular emails from jotform to my email address.

Please try registering a free account using your email address so that the form in your guest account will be moved automatically to your account.
