    Paid for the best plan. Why is my account as FREE?

    I upgraded from silver to GOLD plan, why is my account as FREE? 

    I've had a previous problem with being charged for the silver plan when i already had paid for the upgrade to the gold plan. Jonathan from JotForm Support assured me i would have no more issues as seen on the screen shot i'll upload with this question.

    This is a HIGH PRIORITY matter. As i currently have customers depending on JotForm services in my enterprise.

    I checked your account and it currently shows as Gold:

    It should not be showing as Free.  If it is on your end, let us know and we will be happy to take another look.

    Gold Plan is now active because, today, i just paid for it again. Because I had a lot of urgency in getting my customers leads back.

    Last week i had already made a payment reffering to the Gold plan upgrade on June, 26th. Still my "Next Billing Date" was set on 3rd of July.

    I would like to know why i had to pay for it again so soon. Since i paid for GOLD on June, 26th, shouldn't i be covered until July, 26th?


    JotForm Support Jonathan  showed me and told me last week that i already had the gold plan active.

    As you can see i paid twice for the gold plan on the short interval of one week.

    I'll be waiting for a refund of the full value paid for the gold plan in June.

    I refunded the amount paid for your June payment.  A refund of $58.30 will be credited back to your card in the next 5-7 business days depending on how your bank releases funds.
