Why I'm receiving "Login Failed" message?

    Helo, im receiving this message at login Login failed - AUTOSUSPENDED

    I checked and your account leobivar is autosuspended, by our phishing system, because of your form CADASTRO - Site. This form is used to collect banking details and that is against our Terms of use

    Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    In order to activate your account, it is required to agree to our terms and to delete mentioned form.

    I agree to have this field deleted. It is not that relevant, didn’t know it was against your policy
