    Wr have 36 unites in service and purchased GPS equipment i believe from you please call me or text me so i know if you are the correct one.

    I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Please be noted that JotForm is a form builder and you can build fantastic forms with easily. Did you order GPS equipment using a JotForm? If so, one of our users might be using JotForm for his website and it seems that you have filled the form to order the equipment. In this case, we request you to contact the website that you have submitted the form.
