This tab is the old name of my form.  I updated it and the tab remained the same.  I would like the tab to reflect the change in name of the form.  Thanks.

Please try changing the Page Title in the Form Settings to update the form title in the browser tab. Here's how:

    1. Click "Settings" in the top menu. Go to "Form Settings" section and then click the "Show More Options" button.

    2. Scroll down and you'll see the "Page Title" field. Please change it to your preferences.
